She has promises to keep during this Christmas. Rachel Nichols plays as Angela,A business woman working on a prominent company.On the Christmas eve she had to work over time so that she could be free for christmas. She had to attend family party.When she leaves the company almost everyone has gone.Unfortunately her car didn't start.Thomas,watchman at the parking offer he help but she wanted to call a taxi.Later the events become twisty and Thomas traps Angela in the parking lobby,in his chamber,Tied her leg to the table.

Thrills are the main positives of the movie.It offers 98 minutes of thrilling experience even though the script has some draw backs
It has little lag during the beginning but the thrills keep it on track as the story progress.Rachel Nichols and Wes Bentley performed their roles well. Wes Bently,as Thomas,the psycho watchman had performed a remarkable work.His performance makes the viewers more excited and scary.It is tagged as a horror thriller.Not much horror elements,but keeps a mysterious and horror mood till the end.
Negatives
Lack of a good story is the main disadvantage of the movie.It would be more better if the script had been improved.It has nothing to offer other than thrills.Poor story makes it less interesting. This kind of movies are already been there in different format.It is just a renovated version of that kind of movies.But still,good to watch.
